Ingredients:
- 200 gm boneless lamb
- 10 grams parsley
- 25 grams onion
- salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- 1 piece eggplant
- 100gm grilled eggplant
- 20g butter, a little cream
Hot Sauce Ingredients:

- 50gm chopped onion
- 50 grams chopped tomatoes
- 20 gm chopped green pepper
- 10g minced garlic 1gm chopped cilantro
- salt to taste
- a little olive oil
How to prepare:
- Mince the meat with lamb fat, onions, parsley and spices in a meat grinder and divide into 6 equal pieces.
- Put the smoked eggplant in a blender and blend for a few seconds
- Then heat the pan and add the butter, eggplant and cream, mix well and leave until combined
- Fry onions and green peppers in olive oil in a deep frying pan until soft
- Then add garlic, tomatoes and coriander and stir until the tomatoes are completely cooked
- The kofta is grilled, the smoked eggplant is placed in a serving dish, the hot sauce is added, then the grilled kofta
- Garnish with some roasted red pepper and serve with garlic sauce and hot sauce
