• 200 gm boneless lamb

How to prepare:

  1. Mince the meat with lamb fat, onions, parsley and spices in a meat grinder and divide into 6 equal pieces.

  3. Then heat the pan and add the butter, eggplant and cream, mix well and leave until combined
  4. Fry onions and green peppers in olive oil in a deep frying pan until soft
  5. Then add garlic, tomatoes and coriander and stir until the tomatoes are completely cooked
  6. The kofta is grilled, the smoked eggplant is placed in a serving dish, the hot sauce is added, then the grilled kofta
  7. Garnish with some roasted red pepper and serve with garlic sauce and hot sauce
