Cold cake in 10 minutes without oven and without eggs, economical, tasteless and wonderful
- 300 grams crushed biscuits
- 100gm melted butter
- 5 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons starch
- 2 sachets of creme caramel
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons crème caramel
- 60 grams of chocolate (optional)
- crunchy chocolate
How to prepare:
300 grams of crushed biscuits with 100 grams of melted butter, mix well, evenly put the biscuits in a suitable mold, then press them with a cup.
To make the second layer
2 1/2 cups of milk with a tablespoon of starch, add 2 envelopes of caramel cream, stir well, then over medium heat while continuing to stir, and when it begins to boil, remove from the heat and pour over the first biscuit layer.
To make the third layer
1/2 cup of milk with 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of starch with 2 tablespoons of caramel cream, stir well, then on medium heat and continue stirring, add 60 grams of chocolate (optional) and stir until the chocolate pieces melt.
Over a colander, pour directly the second layer and leave to cool to room temperature, then place in the refrigerator to cool.
Loosen the edges of the cake pan with the knife.
Crispy chocolate as shown in the video then cut and serve.
